I. PROHIBITED USES.
You may not, without the prior written permission of Martin Masci:
A. Disassemble, decompile or "unlock", decode or otherwise reverse
translate or engineer, or attempt in any manner to reconstruct or
discover any source code or underlying algorithms of SOFTWARE
provided in object code form only.
B. Use, copy, modify, or merge copies of the SOFTWARE and
any accompanying documents except as permitted in this LICENSE.
C. Transfer, rent, lease, or sublicense the SOFTWARE.
D. Separate the software programs comprising the SOFTWARE for use by more than one user at a time.
E. YOU MAY NOT DISTRIBUTE REGISTERED VERSION OF TGOOGLEMAPS.
IT WILL BE VIOLATION OF INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT LAWS.
II. PERMITTED USES.
A. The SOFTWARE is licensed per individual developer.
You may make copies on more than one computer,
as long as the use of the SOFTWARE is by the same developer.
B. Once you have registered, you will receive a
personal registered copy via email. This copy may
not be copied or lend. You have the non-exclusive
right to use registered version of the software
only by a single person, on a single computer at a
time. YOU MAY use the components and classes from
this unit in any your (or your company's)
FREEWARE/SHAREWARE or COMMERCIAL application.
Google Maps terms of service:
The purchase of the product does not preclude the duty to respect Google Maps
and Google Maps API terms of service.
So to use TGoogleMaps you MUST accept these terms of service.

The author is not responsible for the use of the product by the customer.
Limited warranty:
This component use Google Maps service, so if in the future
Google change it TGoogle maps may stop working. In this case
the customer is not entitled to compensation or an update
(free or pay udpate).
Back-up and transfer:
You may make one copy of the software solely for
"back-up" purposes, as prescribed by international
copyright laws. You must reproduce and include the
copyright notice on the back-up copy.
Terms:
This license is effective until terminated. You may
terminate it by destroying the program, the
documentation and copies thereof. This license will
also terminate if you fail to comply with any terms
or conditions of this agreement. You agree upon such
termination to destroy all copies of the program and
of the documentation, or return them to author
Other rights and restrictions:
All other rights and restrictions not specifically
granted in this license are reserved by author.
